Malaysian Road Care Exhibition - "The Year of the Horse"

IGC-Industrial Galvanizers Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd were one of the exhibitors in the Malaysian Road Care Exhibition in October 2002. A majority of visitors and delegates were members of the Public Works/Infrastructure Department and consulting and construction firms from various Asian countries. 2002 is the year of the horse, and the Chinese believe that having horses around brings success.This year, IGC Malaysia created their display including a hot dip galvanized horse in real life dimensions. The horse was manufactured from pieces of steel guardrail and pole sections, and after hours of studying books on horses to understand their build, movement & muscle structure, the company's welders embarked on the project.
